PAPER

 

  • YES!  Please recycle these items:
    • cardboard
    • boxboard -- cereal boxes, shoe boxes, etc.
    • newspapers
    • magazines, catalogs, and other glossy ite= ms
    • office paper -- including fax paper, lined paper, colored paper
    • junk mail
    • phone books
  • NO!  Please try to reuse these items,= or place in regular trash:
    • refrigerated or frozen food boxes
    • wax coated boxes, including milk cartons =
    • laundry soap boxes
    • crayoned or painted paper
    • carbon paper
    • food stained paper, like greasy pizza box= es

PLASTIC

 

  • YES!  Please recycle these items:
    • #1 PETE & #2 HDPE plastics (look on bottom of item for number)
    • All plastics with a "neck" -- w= ater bottles, milk jugs, shampoo bottles, laundry products, etc. =
    • Blue shrink wrap from boats
    • Plastic grocery bags only
    • Styrofoam egg cartons only!
